Barley Bran
Description
Produced by milling pearl barley, then sifting the bran from the flour. Rich in nutrients and dietary fibre. Must be refrigerated or frozen to retain freshness. USES: Add to baked goods to increase the content of dietary fibre, as an ingredient in muesli and sprinkle on cereal.
